Because my activities are complex, I divided this website in different chapters in order to give you an idea of what I actually do.

Since 1980 I've been Managing Director of my own company.

Re-engineering: as an enterprise engineer I successfully reorganised 4 companies. Three of them have later been sold (profitably) by the owners. Most recently, from 1994 till 1998 I put Simons & Zoon N.V. a wholesaler in tools and DIY back on track. From 1998 until 2005 I've been working for Luxilon, a Belgian manufacturer of tennis strings. In 2003 I have become CEO of Luxilon Sports N.V. In 2006 I worked as a consultant for Wilson Sporting Goods. Since the end of 2008, I have been reorganising the Polyfibre business. Unfortunately I had to end this collaboration because of differences of opinion on management.

Consultancy: although these are only partial assignments, it gives me great pleasure to have been able to help dozens of companies stuck in situation mostly related to change.

Management: I've been asked by one of the leading companies worldwide in the field of Interim Management to temporarily (6 months) accept the roll of General Manager of a subsidiary of a big manufacturer of office equipment. Their actual General Manager was injured very badly in a car accident.

Export: as an Expert in Foreign Trade, recognised by the BDBH, the former Belgian Governmental Service for Exports, I helped numerous companies in their endeavour to conquer foreign markets. Lately I set up a worldwide network (54 countries) of distributors for Luxilon, a Belgian manufacturer of tennis strings (see Re-engineering).
